Yes. Otter N Mama is specially formulated for delicate baby skin, free from SLS, parabens, alcohol, and harsh chemicals. Our products are also dermatologist-tested by SGS, ensuring safety and gentleness.

That said, we recommend:

✔ Using after your baby is around 1 month old, when the skin is more developed.
✔ Doing a small patch test on the arm or leg before full use to ensure no irritation.

We use a gentle plant-based formula, enriched with:

Our Bubble Wash and Baby Lotion have a shelf life of 2 years from the manufacturing date when unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 months to ensure freshness and effectiveness. Be sure to close the cap tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Product(s) must be purchased from Otter N Mama’s official channels, including our website, official social media pages, or official Shopee store. Promotional or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly contact us within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to assist.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Malaysia usually takes 2–5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Yes, self-collection is available by appointment only at our office in Wisma Life Care, Bangsar South. Kindly contact us in advance to schedule your pickup time. We’ll be happy to assist you!

Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, international shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Feel free to contact us for a shipping quote or more details based on your location.
